There is a particular silence in a staffroom around AI. Everybody is using something, nobody has been told where the line is, and asking out loud risks admitting you have been over it since September. Since 1 September the school is also expected to have said where that line is and to be able to show it — KCSIE 2026 now names generative AI as a safeguarding risk. Ninety minutes ends the silence and replaces it with a rule people can actually repeat, and a dated note that they were told.

How it runs
Step 01
Before — a five-minute anonymous read
Your staff answer eight questions anonymously. It tells me what is actually in use in your school, so the session is about your ChatGPT habit rather than a generic one. Results are never shown per person, and I say so on the form.
Step 02
The session — 90 minutes, whole staff
What these tools do with what you type. The four things that must never go in. The things that safely can, with examples from your phase. Live, with questions, not a deck read aloud.
Step 03
After — the one-page line
A single side of A4 your staff can pin up: what is allowed, what is not, who to ask. Written in your school's language, sent within two working days.

Things that outlast the engagement.
Everything below lives in your Client Hub and stays there after I have gone. You own it, and you can export all of it.

Ninety minutes buys you a floor to stand on, not a policy. Some schools stand there quite happily and never call me again — I count that as the session working.
