AI Strategy Programme
From no position on AI to a governed, trained, evidenced one — across four phases you can see the whole way.
Twenty-eight activities across four phases, run through the Cursoria Client Hub. Open it on a Monday and you can see what is with you, what is with me, and what is finished — so the standing item on your SLT agenda takes four minutes instead of forty.
Priced per school
The audit is included, and credited if you have already had one.
Right for you if: A school or small trust that has decided to do this properly and wants a partner for the term, not a report.

How it runs
Step 01
Phase 1 — Understand & Strategise
The full Clarity Audit, plus strategic discovery, an opportunity map and use-case prioritisation. You finish this phase knowing what you have, what you want, and which three things are worth doing first.
Step 02
Phase 2 — Govern & Protect
An AI governance framework, a tool register with an approval route people will actually follow, a data protection assessment, and staff and pupil acceptable-use guidance written in your school's own language — quoting your phases, your systems and the tools your own survey turned up.
Step 03
Phase 3 — Equip & Enable
AI fundamentals for all staff, a leadership capability session, and subject-specific application training. Attendance recorded against your CPD log, so it counts as the evidence it is.
Step 04
Phase 4 — Embed & Operationalise
Policy adoption and communication, a governor briefing, SLT handover, and a thirty-day post-implementation review. This phase exists so that the thing still runs in February, when I am somebody else's consultant.
What you keep
Things that outlast the engagement.
Everything below lives in your Client Hub and stays there after I have gone. You own it, and you can export all of it.
AI governance framework and approval route
Bespoke staff and pupil acceptable-use policies
A live AI tool register, with risk levels and named owners
Data protection assessment against your existing ROPA
Three training sessions, with attendance evidenced
Governor briefing pack
Thirty-day review, after I have gone
What this is not
This needs about a day of senior time a month. A school that cannot commit that will get more from the audit and a Twilight Session than from a programme that stalls in phase two.
